By placing an order on our website or other sales channels which our products are sold including dealers, Amazon, Ebay, etc., you agree that:

Working on your vehicle can be dangerous. Ronin Factory is not responsible for personal injury. 

Making modifications to your vehicle with our products requires some amount of mechanical aptitude. We are not responsible in any way for damages to your vehicle that are caused by using our products whether installed properly or improperly. Improper or proper installation or removal of our products by yourself or anyone else that leads to damage to the vehicle, Ronin Factory is not responsible for any damages or repairs that would be needed. 

Rest assured we have satisfied many thousands of happy Ronin Factory customers and we do our best to ensure that no customer has issues with our products. Our goal is to make your experience with our brand and products a good one. 

Resale Authorization

By purchasing any of our Ronin Factory branded products online via any online sales channels including our website, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, eBay or any other online platform you agree that you will not re-list (re-sell) our products on any of these mentioned online platforms (or any other online platform) without our consent. If we find that you are re-selling our products we have to assume that they are counterfeit products and we will take all actions to remove your offers. This ensures that we have full control of our Ronin Factory branded products and the customer experience. If you are caught selling our products we will impose at a minimum $10,000 fine and your online seller account will be struck down by Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc. Paying the fine may retract the violation but it does not give you future permission to sell our products. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by this since you are violating our terms. You may not sue us for damages caused by breaking our resale terms.
