FORD - BULLET ANTENNA - TUFFLOCK /TUFFGUARD

    1. Your package should include 1 antenna and 2 threaded studs. (See reference images below)
    2. Remove your current antenna.
    3. Two threaded studs were included in your Ford/Dodge antenna. Compare the two threaded studs to your factory antenna threads, and select the stud that matches.
    4. Install the red end of the stud fully into the antenna by hand if you received the older style. If you have the newer style without threadlock, insert with the allen-key hex-hole end of the adapter into the antenna (up).
    5. Thread the antenna into the truck by hand until the logo is facing your desired location.
    6. The thread locking compound will take some time to fully set if you have the older style. The vehicle is safe to use and drive at any time.
    7. If you are having issues with antenna bases not fitting, please reference the images below to ensure you have received the correct antenna studs. If neither studs fit, please reach out to us and include images of the parts you received, also a picture of your trucks antenna base (on the hood of the truck) and include your trucks Model & Year.

Note: We chose to no longer include the threadlock as we have our more superior anti-theft technology incorporated into our SmartGuard/SmartLock antenna line so it was not necessary to offer two redundant forms of anti-theft designs.
